These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ct777i platform, including the website at ct777i.app, all associated mobile browser interfaces, and all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services provided therein (collectively the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the ct777i Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ct777i Platform.

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. ct777i reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 By accessing the ct777i Platform, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with ct777i's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.

1.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ct777i ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1.3 If you are accessing the ct777i Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on the ct777i Platform. ct777i enforces a strict 18+ policy. If ct777i has reason to believe a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification, and any winnings generated during that period may be voided.

2.2 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one ct777i account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting"), whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. ct777i reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances without notice.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, mobile number, or CNIC, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using ct777i is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access to ct777i is not offered to persons in jurisdictions where online gaming and betting is prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.5 KYC Verification. ct777i may request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any point during your account's lifetime. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ct777i login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You agree to notify ct777i immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 ct777i will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 You must not share your ct777i account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised those activities.

3.4 You must not allow any other person to use your ct777i account, including by sharing login details, OTP codes, or providing third-party access to your registered device.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ct777i accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. ct777i reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within hours of approval. ct777i does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.5 Same-Method Policy. ct777i may require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.

4.6 Declined Transactions. ct777i reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects involves fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by ct777i are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms. ct777i reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. ct777i monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing bets that cover all outcomes to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hedging"), and collusion between accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

5.4 Expiry. All bonus credits and free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically without notice.

5.5 ct777i reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. ct777i's decisions regarding promotions are final.

6.1 All bets placed on the ct777i Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant product section of the Platform.

6.2 ct777i reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was affected by a technical error, pricing error, or corruption of any kind. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes will be returned.

6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, ct777i's determination shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory appeals process.

6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, game, and player tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and are subject to change without notice.

6.5 ct777i uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live digital casino games. RNG certification documentation is available on request. Live casino games use physical dealing equipment operated by trained dealers under studio supervision.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ct777i Platform:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one ct777i account per individual.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or collusion.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the ct777i Platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ct777i staff or other users via any channel.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.

8.1 All content on the ct777i Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and game content, is the intellectual property of ct777i or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ct777i Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any ct777i content without prior written consent from ct777i.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct777i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9.2 ct777i does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ct777i accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service outages.

9.3 Gambling involves financial risk. By using ct777i you accept that you may lose funds placed as bets or wagers. ct777i is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ct777i's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ct777i's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.1 ct777i is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base. All registered ct777i players have access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits – daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits – configurable maximum loss thresholds per period.
• Session Time Reminders – alerts after configurable session durations.
• Cool-Off Periods – temporary account access suspension of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion – permanent or time-limited exclusion from the ct777i Platform.

10.2 Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to prevent impulsive overrides of responsible gaming commitments.

11.1 You may request closure of your ct777i account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding withdrawal restrictions.

11.2 ct777i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if ct777i reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to platform integrity.

11.3 In the event of account closure due to breach of Terms, ct777i may withhold any balance, including deposits, to the extent permitted by law and proportionate to the nature of the breach.

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ct777i holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable local law.

12.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact ct777i customer support at [email protected] to seek resolution. ct777i aims to acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ct777i's internal complaints process, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body as specified under ct777i's operating licence.

13.1 ct777i reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform interface and/or registered mobile number notification.

13.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the ct777i Platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the ct777i Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 11.
